1. The service. Yaaqo provides membership and commerce tooling for creators and fans. 2. Accounts. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for your credentials. Users under 18 need guardian consent. 3. Content. You own your content. You grant us the license needed to host and deliver it. Illegal content, harassment and infringement are prohibited. 4. Fees. The platform fee on payments is 8 percent. Payout minimums and processing times apply. 5. Refunds. Digital goods are generally non-refundable once accessed; physical goods follow the seller's stated policy and consumer law. 6. Termination. We may suspend accounts violating these terms. You may delete your account at any time (GDPR right). 7. Liability. The service is provided as-is; we are not liable for indirect damages.
